What exactly is a Life Review?
In short, the Whole Life Review & Clearing is a gentle, yet profound dialogue-based process to release the past and align your personality with your soul.
It takes place during a 3-day retreat where we create a relaxed space of presence and care to focus on your life as it developed from birth to the present moment.
The first part of the retreat is dedicated to a comprehensive Life Review.
Research into Near-Death-Experience shows that when we cross the threshold of death we go thru a complete and dramatic re-view of our previous lifetime.
In a timeless moment we re-visit all and every significant event of our life and experience in our consciousness the effects that our attitudes, feelings, thoughts, words and actions had on the other people and beings involved with us.
There is nobody to explain to us or judge us, only our own feeling reactions and conscience.
The more we are in Peace and Conscious Acceptance with our past life and actions, the easier will be the transition into the Soul level, into the Light.
Every unresolved drama and un-released trauma, everything that remains unconscious creates a block in the transition and the Law of Karma comes into action.
If not cleared, we will have to repeat those situations and experiences again in a following incarnation in order to release the blocks that hinder the free flow of Spirit/Life Energy in the Soul.
The 3-day Whole Life Review is a chance to do much of the Clearing/Accepting/Forgiving already now, while we enjoy our earthly life.
No matter how young or old we are in years, there is always a lot in our past and present life to clear and release.
In the 3-day Retreat this is accomplished by simple and deep honest communication and sharing.
I as the facilitator will guide you through all the significant events of your life from before the conception till to the present time.
My role is that of the gentle guide, witness and holder of space, silence and presence that makes it possible for you to bring the Light of Consciousness into all aspects of your past.
With my experience and intuition i can help you to also look at the things that you had to encapsulate, keep secret and hidden in order to keep up your ego-identity.
Most of the time this process is not catharsis but a gentle en-lightening of everything that had to remain in the dark.
I can show you simple methods of Forgiveness & energy-pattern-release to let go of deeply held beliefs and bias that keep things in the unconscious.
This heightened level of consciousness most often results in the understanding of patterns and unconscious impulses that guide our life most of the time.
During this consciousness process – that occurs naturally while we have a dialogue – I can also help the process by doing subtle-energy-work on your aura-field to release stuck energies.
In the second part of the retreat – after the personal-life-clearing is accomplished – we will look into the Soul-level and specify the Qualities and Talents and Intents that you have brought with you into this lifetime.
If necessary we can also clarify how those Soul-qualities show in your personal and professional life. And what can be done to better align your Personality with your Soul.
The Aim of our work is Alignment and ultimately the Unity of Personality & Soul, Heaven & Earth.
The 3-day Retreat can be a mayor step in this direction.
Where does it take place, what does it cost?
There are three options at the moment for the retreat:
– You can come to Samara on the west coast of Costa Rica where i live.
I can arrange accommodation or you can take care of it yourself. The retreat takes place in my house close to the beautiful beach of Matapalo.
We will work 3 hours in the mornings and 3 hours in the afternoons.
– Provided you have the appropriate circumstances and setting i can come to your home. You would need to cover my costs of travel and accommodation.
– The retreat can be done on Skype.
You have to make sure that you have a quiet and peaceful environment and minimize your social interactions. The technology should be set up and working without problem.

A deep understanding of the mechanics of the mind and the psyche goes hand in hand with the knowledge of the soul and its higher, guiding intelligence.
Intuition, spontaneity, freedom from categorization and humor are important aspects of my interaction with clients as well as empathy, dedication to the process and responsibility.
I see counseling as co-counseling, meaning that I am a partner to the client, and together we find a path through the areas of uncertainty, confusion and pain towards a clear, joyous and meaningful life.
