sleepy on the bus

half in a trance

a cozy numbness

in my brain

hypnotized by the

endless shades of green

flying by

and the raindrops

running down

my window

green green

so lush

so juicy

so nurturing

thank you rain

for making it

so GREEN

all is beautiful

in the stillness of

my mind

in the equilibrium of

my emotions

all is beautiful

when my body

rests

in absolute ease

so relaxed

it almost seems

to float

all is beautiful

rain sun food stones

waves trees

peoples

dogs

all is beautiful

because all is

expressing the One Life

perfectly

all is beautiful

we all change, don’t we!

yes! the weather is bad lately!

and it means something when i say that

cause the weather is actually always good here

where i live in Guanacaste

on Playa Feliz

even when its raining here

it rains warm drops

and the sunshine

always breaks thru the clouds

but lately

the rain does not want to stop

or so it seems to me

the summer season

is already four weeks behind

of what we expect ;  )

well, we all change

don’t we?

hazy

it is hazy today

still its a good day again

I can see the big sky above me

walk the sand as far as i wish to go

breath clean clean air from the sea and the smell of ocean

and the waves crashing. tickling my brain :  )

everything around me so vibrant, so alive 

the children running free

and the horses

dogs too

butterflies and iguanas

yes, they all are teeming with life

even some tourists are enjoying themselves ;  )

yet i see the shadows too

hovering just like the rainclouds

the confusion

the isolation

the drifting

the aimlessness of our world on collusion course with the climate

our societies in the grip of seeming endlessly repeating habits & shortcomings

stuck ….

I have to make a decision

soon

I feel its time

La Belle Verte / The Green Beautiful

I dream of Utopia

this has never stopped

and though observing the world closely can be pretty disillusioning  

our seemingly endless going round and around in circles of mundane existence in Samsara 

our trends and fades and efforts and incremental developments

the little and bigger joys we have, our ambitious aims 

but the big picture and aim and meaning of life obviously eludes us human beings

and so we wander …

but still ;  )

i hold the vision of utopia dear to my heart

of a more advanced society, a way to live that is based in and focussed on different values

Awareness, Respect, Care, Consciousness, Unity, Love

such things :  )

This is a movie that is dear to my heart, a hilariously funny but also somewhat sad tale of a advanced ET society that is sending a volunteer down to Earth on a mission. And it makes us see us humans thru the eyes of this ET.
