call it God, call it Nature

or even Evolution or Chance

but if you look around, you’ll see:

there is great Beauty!

an artist at work

behind all living things

animate or inanimate

a unique design

at least for my eye to see

there is soul in things

and it speaks to me

resonates

in mine

we too can create

can give things a soul

infuse them

with our spirit

maybe we call this: art

maybe its just a craft

done from the heart

let us do that

it lifts up our life

every deed

done from the heart
