I sit

fully aware of the waves, the sky, the horizon
all at once
effortlessly holding in my awareness what i observe thru my senses, what i feel with my feelings & emotions, what i think in my mind, what i sense in my body

But when i turn my awareness unto itself
i become the ocean, the space, the body, all of it

Consciousness itself

What is the nature consciousness?
Is it made out of something?
Is IT the Ultimate?
Is there still something beyond?
