breathing is so natural
so close to us
that we don’t even notice

to how we feel
i think that it deserves so much more of our attention
that we put more awareness and interest to it
explore this most intimate function

thru the nose
sense the air-stream gently enter
observe it flow up to the brain
and down into the lungs
feel the chest expand
sense the air caress your lungs
bring new aliveness
feel the point of let-go
the natural release
the out-breath
just to observe that, to give it your close attention, undivided
to do that for a couple o minutes …..
it will make you feel different
