breathing

 

 

breathing is so natural

so close to us

that we don’t even notice

 

most of the time we are not aware

that we even breath

or how

 

and yet the breath is so essential to our life

to even be able to keep on living

and it is so connected too

to how we feel

 

i think that it deserves so much more of our attention

that we put more awareness and interest to it

explore this most intimate function

of us

 

 

awareness of breath

 

 

breath in

 

 

breath out

 

 

deep & relaxed

 

 

natural

 

 

no hurry, no push

 

 

 

 

thru the nose

sense the air-stream gently enter

observe it flow up to the brain

and down into the lungs

 

feel the chest expand

sense the air caress your lungs

bring new aliveness

 

feel the point of let-go

the natural release

 

the out-breath

 

 

 

just to observe that, to give it your close attention, undivided

to do that for a couple o minutes …..

it will make you feel different

it will make you feel

better

good

this is it!!!

 

veeeeery simple

it is with you every day 24/7

no need for a meditation cushion

no need for extra meditation time

candles and incense and such

 

just a re-minding

a re-focus

that’s it

 

and a smile
