Can be anything

Anything that lifts me

Transports me

Moves me

To feel deeper

To think higher

To create

something

new

Or simply to do something extra

Something that is not demanded or asked for

Something that is not your job to do

Something that you do to go the extra mile for somebody

To give more than you get

To add loving energy to the world

Inspiration, the Muse when she kisses you

Puts you in a State of Grace

Where the impossible things become possible

Where the Flow leads you

Where you do without thinking

Where you forget time

Where work is not work anymore

But the natural extension of your Self

In-spirit-ion lets our Soul incarnate into the World
