After something heavy happened to you?
To me? To someone?Some would argue, that we should learn from what happened, from our mistakes mostly.

Become more cautious, more forward looking, secure our premises, insure our belongings.
Attempt to get a pension ; D
Usually they mean: Grow up, loose your innocence, your dreams, be a realist.
Well … why not!
For me, i have pondered the question many a times.
Contemplated the implications.
For me its actually pretty simple:
– Consider what happened
– Look very closely with discernment
– Reflect on your own part in it
– Change unhealthy, un-helpful patterns of your behavior where ever you see them
– FORGIVE
– LET IT GO
– Move on
sounds good, right?
